Late in 2004 we moved to
a larger building in Hatfield, PA and started baking with a
gas-fired oven to increase our capacity and support the loyal
fans of Little Pepi’s Pizzelles. With the change in our
baking process, we have been able to fine-tune our old world recipe,
reducing the fat and calorie content and adding more flavor to the
great taste you have come to enjoy. Thank you for your continued
